Sometimes we want things to happen in a hurry. We just don’t have the same desires or the same perspective as God. Yet, Gods way is the only way to go because we cant even find ourselves if its not for him. He is the one who writes the story if we allow it. And when we start to take a sharpie and write over what he is trying to do through us, it seems like there is something inside of us that knows that the things we chose are not the highest and best that he has for us. It seems like when we wait on God and allow him to have his perfect work that when the reward comes, we know that this is it! This is exactly what God has for me.
Many don’t do this because it takes a high level of faith trust and obedience in order to find our legacies entrenched in the wonderful and the most amazing perfect will of God!
I cant tell everyone that everything they want will be found in the story that God has for them. But I can say that in God we are completely satisfied and I believe that he can take a life and make it amazing.
So if you are wondering, God where are you at? If you are wondering why he is taking so long, just remember that God lays the groundwork for great things and often when we think that he has forgotten we are just still in a pruning phase that is laying the groundwork for a blessing that we could have never brought together without him doing it all.
So rest in God.
