We live in a culture that says God bless what I am doing instead of blessing what God is doing. We want him to get on board with our plans instead of surrendering to his.
When the bible says Seek his will in all you do. And commit your way to the Lord…and so many others.
We just dont want to submit to Gods will. We want him to submit to ours.
And I remember being one of those people. But it really wasnt because I even realized I was doing it becuase the people around me were saying things contradictory to what he was saying on the inside of me. In order to follow them, I got comfortable living out of alignment.
But what peace comes when you know the heavenly Father and you are one. Even if you dont get what you want, you know that he is with you and you know that he is going to take care of you.
