There are people in their younger years that lose the opportunity to have a life free of the chaos that many have. But they are so sure of their own mind that they will never walk into the future that God has for them, until they crash like they usually do and come back to him crawling and it is there that he will restore them.
Many times this is after a divorce, after they ignored his voice in their dating life, after they did not include them but now they want his input since the outcome ruined their life. There are many more examples, but bottom line its after seeing chaos after chaos because there were “right in their own eyes”.
We dont have to go through some of the things that we put ourselves through. Some things happen because we think it is not important to listen to him screaming in our ears.
I can remember when I was one of the ones that God was screaming at, he never stopped lovingly pursuing me, but I would not listen until after I needed him. Not listening to him got me in a mess that only following my own voice could have gotten myself into.
God has shown me several people who have such potential but they are following other things than God himself and they are blaming the people who God is speaking through. It is a very sad thing for those of us that care.
But the truth is, we cant even pray these people into believing that God is the best thing for them. That his leading is the most loving thing that the bible says will lead them to where they want to be anyways.
So we will keep watching them put their lives together and watch it fall apart until they realize the only one who belongs on the throne is JESUS CHRIST.
And the ones who were trying to save them are the ones to be cherished.
So keep speaking, keep loving, keep running after those that the savior is trying to run after. Because one day when they have crashed for the last time, they will say, God I need you!
