Not too long back, I was enjoying the attention of one really nice man.
It was kinda nice to be valued and treated so nicely.
We decided to pray about whether we should be together.
So I sat down as I have SO many times before on the floor to ask the Lord, Is this my husband???
I felt the whisper that I did not want to hear, “Let me be Your Husband.”
The truth is God has dealt with me on this before.
It is him who wants first place in our hearts before anything else and there are a lot of us who would ignore Gods voice to go for the next best thing if we could.
But when someone is first place you are led of them and you allow them to do what they wish to do in your life.
So here I am Jesus, Yes you can be my husband as long as you bring my husband to me. 😛
