There are some that have been through huge divorces.
It sucks to be divorced.
I myself did not EVER think that I would ever go through one.
IT was the one thing that I had tried to avoid my whole life. I was trying so hard to control my single life so that I did not get a big fat “D” one day. I controlled it so much even God didnt get a word in edgewise. Without realizing it, I thought I knew best.
But let me tell you something divorced people.
It is not the end for you.
In fact, God can use what you have been through and wrap it up in a beautiful way for you to have a beautiful story.
Divorce can be a huge wake up call that makes people change develop and grow and realize that they want to do life differently.
Many people become better partners because they realized their immaturity before.
Many start including God more in their love lives and dedicate their lives to him.
There is good that can come out of bad.
This is not a time to keep wallowing in shame.
This is a time to realize that you are 100% forgiven and that God loves you and he wants you to experience a fulfilling relationship on this side of things.
SO get busy healing and allow him to do what he wants to do through you.
