There are so many people that have had so much trauma in their lives and they are going through their single season lost and alone making every mistake possible and expecting to get to the end goal- which is a wonderful godly marriage that lasts forever.
The only problem with this is many of them bring things into the marriage that just about break it before entering. They brings habits behaviors sin major rejection and abandonment issues. I could go on and on.
What we need is a foundation built on Christ but we end up going into things with a shaky foundation.
Why not get ahead of the game and start building our foundation on the surest foundation there ever was right here in our single season!
Why not stop being led by our brokenness and start being led by the Spirit of God!

God led me to this song at one point and I started praying it over my single life. I have made a LOT of mistakes but honestly with all I have been through I am not sure I could have made any other choice than I did except if I would have realized earlier that despite being in church, I really needed God in this area in a very special way, a way that he got involved and did the things that I could have NEVER done by myself.
