When facing a tough difficulty or even a slight uncomfortable situation, switch your eyes to focus on Christ.
We will never go wrong making him the central focus of every situation.
When in ministry, instead of focusing your attention on fickle emotions, peoples opinions, think what does God want me to focus on right now?
Many times you’ll be led to something that is totally different than the topic your mind wants to dwell on and that is a good thing! It means God doesn’t view that thing with very much importance because he knows the bigger picture.
Much of life is about refocusing. We are not the God of this planet, therefore we don’t have the same vision he does. But if we keep our focus on him, he will give us little snapshots of where we need to be headed and clue us in little by little on the bigger picture that he has planned for us.
So instead of focusing on your right now, the inconveniences, the person who is acting out but you may not know the bigger picture is that they are actually healing and growing and getting rid of things but in a way you cant understand yet.
Focus your mind back on him, on his power, and following his leading in your life.
