Could you imagine having really bad eyesight and all the sudden it gets really foggy outside and you are walking and have no idea where or what is happening? This actually happened to me one time. It was so foggy outside I could not see a thing. Except, I was driving. It was pretty scary.
But, doesn’t it feel like life is like that sometimes? Things look so difficult to see what we are trying to look for. Sometimes, we may think it would be easier if God would just hit us on the head with that thing instead of making us squint our eyes so much trying to get a glimpse of an answer that doesn’t seem to be there. But instead he has opted for us to have to believe before we ever see signs in the natural world.
We may have to speak positive, do positive, plan for positive, before we ever see that anything has materialized. Believing when you don’t see any signs to begin with is a faith stretcher. It is easy to believe when you know it has happened before and it most likely will again. And we all have those areas in our life that make us seem like spiritual giants because our faith is just SO HIGH. Then, there are the other places, the ones we probably don’t talk about as much, where we are like, ” God, Seriously?” (Crickets Chirping)
Today, I just challenge you to go around all day speaking positive over the situation that you need to change. Practice believing even though you can’t see any change happening right now. Practice believing even though you don’t see and let your positive actions/beliefs/thoughts/words be all the evidence that you need.
